Okay suppose to do my work but completely procrastinating.
Anyway i wanted to show you guys some nice looking cameras! =D

Wrist-watch styled Digital Camera
Good for *ahem* shots at *ahem* subjects. =x

Canon AE-1 Program body with New FD 50mm f1.4
An analog film camera. Just what we need in this tech-ridden society. =D

EPSON R-D1 Range Finder Digital Camera with Leica M mount.
Looks like Leica, feels like Leica, but is not Leica! D=

Ricoh R8 vs GR Digital II
Ricoh sure make great cameras! The one i am really after is:

Ricoh Caplio GX100!
Though it is at the pricey side... =(

More pictures coming up soon!

Update ; 23:20

Woah what an interesting week!
Of course, I will recap them, in no particular order:

1)TJC Band Concert today.
Totally. Rad. =D
The mini-skit was downright hilarious! Though they slightly slaughtered Howl's Moving Castle theme song when it was played during the skit. Okay i gotta admit that i also suck as an audience. 'Cause i pretty much snooze past some songs due to the drowsiness effect of the medicine i took in the morning. D=

But nice experience overall. =D

2)Upcoming TF2 competition and new clan members.
If you didn't know, i am actually in a clan in TF2 called [pT*], long for Project Transmission, but our inside joke is that it is Tera Patrick 'cause i suggested the team's name meaning to be changed to Porn Team. Hence the arrival of the Tera Patrick joke. =X

Anyway there is an up and coming TF2 competition in which my clan will be taking part in. Me being the interested bastard, i will try my best to go down(backpack) there during the June holidays to meet up with my wonderful clan members and actually see them in person! =D

3)Photoshoot with my cousin Ning.
Yes you heard me right. My cousin Ning is so gonna rape my SLR and feed it to the crocodiles and laugh at me. ;_;

Okay apart from cold jokes aside, it will be quite cool to trade my EOS 400D for her lomography cameras. And we are going to take photos together once her assignment is done! =D

So that's that for this week. =)

PS: My laptop's number "4" key has fell out from the keyboard and cannot be fixed back. HORRORS! D:

Discovery ; 22:18

Back from a trip to Bugis.
To be more specific, Haji Lane.

Boy was i surprise about how trendy this little street can be. Tonnes of unique fashion clothes can be found here without having to squeeze with hordes of people. Quite a laid-back atmosphere. I likey! =D

Being the inquisitive me, i pretty much went to almost every single female clothing boutique on the street and take a peep inside. And retro prints are in again!

Went photographing in the vicinity of Kampong Glam with all those heritage shophouses gleaming with untold tales and wonderful stories. I like old/retro stuff which includes shophouses, big plastic-framed glasses and Vespa if you do not know.

And it seriously pains me when some idiot/developer decides to tear old buildings down and build some stupid fugly looking stucture over it 'cause they think the old structure is useless, which is totally bollocks! Me no likey! =(

But seriously, i dunno why was i looking at female fashion and clothings on the net the previous night. I'd argue that it was for the sake of design, but i bet you guys/girls will call me a queer already. Hahaha!

Coming back on topic, there is an art exhibition at Haji Lane titled "There You Go" featuring local artists like KILAS, Mohamad Fadzel, Ngojerk, OneTwoDelta, Princess Gal, Sadistk, Kyun and Zig. Admission is free and tomorrow is their last day so please do visit!

Boy i enjoyed looking at the abstract pieces being showcased at the exhibition. But i gotta admit, i find it hard sometimes to decipher some of the works. Considering that i already had some problems trying to understand Takashi Murakami's works in relation to Otakus in Japan, it doesn't really come as a surprise to me. =/

But the most fun part of the exhibition was definitely talking with the person in charge of the exhibition. I didn't really asked his name(slipped off my mind) but he sure was friendly and sorta answer my queries.

And the 2 kittens in the exhibition were absolutely adorable! Though they distracted me slightly when i was observing the works, they sure are wonderful, carefree animals moving around the exhibition like no one's business.

From that i can say our current art's scene is carefree and easy-going like the kittens, but media censorship means we can never put out controversial pieces that goes beyond fixed boundaries yet. But with due time, recognition will be given to those who dare to challenge the system.

After that, went looking around and saw an Abercrombie & Fitch polo shirt going at dirt-cheap price. Will be going down next week to get it. =D

I will end this off with one of the poems shown at the "There You Go" exhibition:

" I rather ignore it

Than to escalate worries

Time accumulates longings

The only way i could kil gravity

Is to sleep and forget the world. "

Deep indeed. =D

Miscellaneous News ; 21:30

Gave up on trying to create my own blogskin.
Let's just say it was a matter of creativity block and the lack of adrenaline to keep me going.

Interestingly, school has become a whole new ball game.
Meaning?
Fun subjects that you nor i will normally won't dream off.
Filming, video-editing, 3D, web-design(hold your opinions young men/women!) and maybe SQL programming?

I think i am laughing at myself on the part of programming but let's leave the details, shall we?

On another note, I have been seriously craving for delicious camera like the Ricoh GX100 or a Fisheye Holga for lomography.

How i love photography. =D
